10:00 a.m. – Pilates 101

This is an ideal class for beginners that focuses on the fundamentals of mat Pilates which includes concentration, centering of the body, control, alignment, breathing, flow and integration.

12:00 p.m. – How to Stop those Sugar Cravings

We all know that sugar is not good for us, but how do we stop those cravings? Join our registered dietitian for an informative session on ways to combat the cravings and keep health top-of-mind.

12:00 p.m. – Partner Up with Fitness

Join us for this class where you and a partner work out together. This is a great way for couples or even a parent and child to have fun and get fit.

10:00 a.m. – Pilates Sculpt

This unique class focuses on classical principles of mat Pilates with a more contemporary, athletic approach to achieve a more sculpted body and increase overall strength.

3:00 p.m. – Healthy Snacks for Kids to Increase Brain Power

With the kids home, it’s important to focus them on healthy snacks versus junk food. Mona Cabrera, our registered dietitian, will share expert recommendations to provide healthy snacks and as a result, increase your kids’ brain power.

Thursday, April 2

12:00 p.m. – Tone Up

Tone Up is a body sculpting and muscle building class that focuses on muscular endurance with high repetitions and light weight. Exercises will utilize body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes.

1:30 p.m. – Tips from a Pediatrician – Parenting through the “Shelter in Place” Order

For those of us with kids at home 100% of the time, it can be a struggle but it doesn’t have to be. Join our Hoag Medical Group pediatrician, Jennifer Birkhauser, MD, as she discusses ways to keep some “normalcy” for your family and provides tips and recommendations to keep your child engaged, happy and healthy.
